Your Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end execution of digital and transformation projects
Align projects with business strategy, ensuring high impact and value delivery.
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
Facilitate executive reviews and lead critical project discussions with business and technology leaders.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path activities
Monitor and control project progress, manage risks and issues, and adjust plans as needed
Ensure clear documentation of project milestones, decisions, risks, and changes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and ensure timely delivery
Provide regular project status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders
Support the implementation and adherence to standardized project management practices
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team

Qualifications

Overall, 8+ years of experience in Project Management.
5+ years of experience in the technology industry.
Proven experience in delivering technical projects such as technology upgrades, decommissioning of IT solutions, Activation of large-scale tech projects, delivery of standard techs stack such as Oracle, SAP, ERP, etc..
Proven experience as project manager, delivering projects without being in a leadership for the project team.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master) is a plus
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
You will be working in AI and Automation Platform.
Experience in delivery AI and Automation projects
Experiences with AI, using (Copilot, Chat GPT , Rovo)
Experiences in managing Gen-AI project is a plus
Expert in EU law for AI is a plus
