Designing the Blueprint: Building AI workflows, ML foundations, and robust data engineering pipelines.

Tech Scouting: Evaluating emerging AI platforms, agent frameworks, and AI-native infrastructure.

Scaling Innovation: Implementing prompt/context engineering, AI-agent + human workflows, and LLMOps (evaluation, monitoring, cost control).

Transforming Products: Moving Visma from traditional UI to intelligent, agentic experiences.

Are you the right fit?

We want to hear from you if you are already hands-on with:

The AI Stack: LLM/ML capabilities, RAG strategies, and agentic frameworks; you use AI to build AI (Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Devin). You also have experience building automated workflows using n8n or similar frameworks.

The Forward View: You have a clear vision of how AI agents will redefine software.

Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English - job duties include cooperation with people from other countries
