①障害者雇用に関する企画及び改善の対案と実行
②各拠点の巡回による実態把握と支援実行（管理者支援＆スタッフ支援）
③外部関係機関等との連携、その他

月給：260,000~439,000円
※経験・専門性を考慮した上で総合的に確定いたします
想定年収（ 参考値 ）
約415万円～756万円
・月次給×12か月分+ 賞与（目安値）
※残業手当等、嘱託従業員賃金規則に基づき、別途支給

日産自動車グローバル本社
各障がい者チームに対する出張・支援あり
【登録資格( 経験/資格など )】
■MUST
・企業在籍型ジョブコーチ講習修了
・ ジョブコーチ資格による障害者就労支援の実務経験（5年以上）
自動車業界経験:不要
■WANT
社会福祉士、精神保健福祉士、または公認心理師のいずれかの資格があればなお可
