As an Amazon Connect Tech Analyst - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency through the implementation and support of business applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training for seamless integration. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports a wide range of business applications. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers the opportunity to deepen your understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, allowing you to make informed insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement and support business application solutions
- Leveraging a broad understanding of software solutions to optimize operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration of business applications
- Utilizing analytical reasoning to inform insights and recommendations
- Managing and inspiring team members to deliver quality client solutions
- Navigating complex situations to develop meaningful client connections
- Implementing technology solutions to enhance business transformation efforts
- Engaging in strategic planning to align project objectives with client goals
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address data challenges

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
- Demonstrating proficiency in business data analytics and strategic planning
- Utilizing analytical reasoning to solve complex business challenges
