In this role you will be responsible for a great team that troubleshoot, test, assemble and disassemble as well inspects different kind of wireline equipment.

As AMO Supervisor – Wireline you be responsible for a team that:

Troubleshoots, test, assemble and disassemble as well as perform inspections of wireline equipment e.g. wireline downhole tools, pumps & panels and field units.
Review procedures for maintenance and inspections.
Responsible for maintenance of wireline and relevant equipment.
Analyses and interpret data from reports and troubleshoot equipment problems.
Assist in the set-up of experiments and the recording of experimental data in collaboration with Engineering and Reliability groups.
Assist in the preparation, development and enhancement of maintenance procedural documentation.

High level of HSE focus and mindset

Expert level of analytical ability to find solutions to complex technical problems
Expert skills in Wireline equipment.
Demonstrate systematic approach to troubleshooting.
Excellent computer skills.

Good Norwegian language skills and a good command of English, both spoken and written.
Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups

Technical diploma or associate degree in a mechanical discipline

Have proven years maintenance related experience in mechanical function or relevant industrial experience.
