Analista de Cobranza Fiduciario

Contaremos contigo para:

Registra todas las actividades en el sistema de flujo de trabajo para cumplir con los requisitos establecidos de pago, informes, conciliación y cumplimiento normativo.
Sirve como contacto del cliente para sus necesidades diarias y responde a preguntas frecuentes relacionadas con pagos y actividad. Escala las preguntas de los clientes a miembros del equipo de mayor jerarquía cuando sea necesario.
Mantiene relaciones de colaboración con clientes, potenciales clientes y el equipo para brindar un servicio de excelencia e impulsar el crecimiento.
Participa en reuniones de equipo y actividades de desarrollo profesional para mejorar sus habilidades mediante el intercambio de opiniones, ideas, conocimientos y soluciones.
Se comunica con los equipos internos para ayudar a resolver problemas básicos relacionados con pagos y cobros. Desarrolla objetivos y procesos básicos de gestión de efectivo, incluyendo el uso de Indicadores Clave de Rendimiento (KPI) del panel de control y otras herramientas e informes del sistema para contribuir al logro de los objetivos generales de cobro.
Realiza informes y actividades sencillas para gestionar la resolución de problemas relacionados. Colabora aportando ideas para la evolución del modelo operativo en todos los niveles de la organización, promoviendo nuevas ideas para la mejora de procesos mediante soluciones tecnológicas, incluyendo el diseño de sistemas para gestionar tareas de forma eficaz y oportuna, cumpliendo así con los Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio (SLA).

¿Qué necesitas tener?

Experiencia mínima de 1 año como analista de cobranza en manejo de bases de datos y grandes volúmenes de información
Manejo de Excel avanzado, incluyendo Tablas dinámicas, fórmulas avanzadas y cruce de datos.
Conocimientos en Alteryx, Power BI y Power Query (deseable)
Conocimientos y aplicación de programación en Python, SQL
Formación profesional en carreras como Contabilidad y Finanzas, Ciencia de Datos, Actuaría, Ingeniería en Sistemas o afines
Inglés Intermedio Avanzado
