Buscamos um(a) profissional de Customer Success para garantir a adoção, o engajamento e a geração de valor para os clientes por meio de uma atuação consultiva e estratégica. O objetivo é fortalecer o relacionamento com a carteira, impulsionar resultados e identificar oportunidades de expansão de negócios.

Conduzir treinamentos de onboarding sobre os produtos e soluções contratadas
Adaptar treinamentos e abordagens de acordo com o perfil, necessidades e maturidade de cada cliente;

Entender o negócio do cliente e suas principais dores

Identificar e desenvolver oportunidades de expansão (upsell e cross-sell)

Sugerir melhorias no uso dos produtos

Realizar contatos periódicos (follow-ups estratégicos)

Experiência prévia em Customer Success, Account Management ou áreas comerciais
Excelente comunicação e habilidade para conduzir conversas estratégicas com clientes
Perfil consultivo e orientado a resultado
Organização e disciplina
