O que você fará:
• Emitir, controlar e gerenciar PIs (Pedidos de Inserção) e PMs (Pedidos de Material), garantindo precisão nas informações e cumprimento dos prazos dos planos de mídia;
• Acompanhar todo o ciclo operacional de veiculação nos canais offline (TV, Rádio, OOH/DOOH e Impresso), assegurando que as execuções ocorram conforme planejado;
• Fazer a interface direta com veículos de comunicação para alinhar especificações técnicas de materiais, prazos de entrega e condições operacionais;
• Realizar o acompanhamento dos processos de checagem de veiculação e comprovação de mídia;
• Apoiar na conciliação de faturas, conferência de notas fiscais e organização de documentos para a prestação de contas aos clientes;
• Dar suporte ao time de planejamento de mídia no acompanhamento do fluxo operacional diário das campanhas.

O que você precisa ter:
• Formação superior completa ou cursando em Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing, Comunicação Social ou áreas afins;
• Experiência prévia com rotinas operacionais de mídia offline em agências de comunicação ou veículos;
• Conhecimento dos processos de emissão de PIs, reservas de espaço e acompanhamento de materiais (TV, Rádio, OOH, Impresso);
• Domínio intermediário do Pacote Office, com foco em Excel para controle de fluxos, relatórios e conferências;
• Perfil altamente organizado, atento a detalhes e prazos rigorosos;
• Boa comunicação interpessoal para lidar no dia a dia com parceiros, veículos e times internos.
Diferenciais e Ferramentas:
• Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão e controle de mídia (ex: VBS, ADmedia, Publi, Sophia ou similares);
• Familiaridade com ferramentas de envio de material publicitário e checagem de mídia;
• Vivência em rotinas de conciliação financeira de mídia e faturamento.
Modelo de trabalho: Híbrido (2x por semana no Campus WPP).
