Estamos buscando un Analista de Operaciones con talento para unirse a nuestro equipo responsable de revisar, registrar y dar seguimiento al mantenimiento de la cartera vigente de clientes. Su función principal será asegurar que la emisión de las pólizas cuente con información completa y correcta, así como su debido registro en el sistema. Finalizando con el envío de la póliza vía correo electrónico a los clientes.

Contaremos contigo para:  

Asegurar la correcta emisión de pólizas de todos los ramos (Daños, Vida y Gastos Médicos), en movimientos de altas, bajas, cancelaciones, renovaciones y cualquier endoso solicitado por el cliente. Asimismo, realizar el registro y actualización en sistema y gestionar el envío de pólizas y documentación al cliente vía correo electrónico, conforme a los lineamientos establecidos.

Revisar y validar la información de pólizas (datos personales del asegurado, coberturas, vigencias, sumas aseguradas, deducibles, primas, condiciones particulares, etc.), asegurando congruencia con la solicitud y/o documentación soporte.

Identificar inconsistencias, faltantes o errores en la información; gestionar aclaraciones y correcciones con las áreas involucradas (aseguradoras u operaciones).

Realizar el registro y actualización en sistema de pólizas nuevas, renovaciones, endosos y cancelaciones, garantizando trazabilidad y cumplimiento de tiempos.

Mantener el control documental: resguardo, organización y actualización de archivos electrónicos conforme a políticas internas.

Preparar y ejecutar el envío de pólizas y documentación al cliente por correo electrónico (póliza, carátula, condiciones, recibos, endosos, etc.)

Estudiante universitario o profesional
2 años de experiencia operativa y preferiblemente en seguros
OBLIGATORIO tener el idioma Portugués
Excel: Tablas dinámicas}
