Estamos buscando una persona talentosa para unirse a nuestro equipo de Insurance Operations en Marsh. Este rol estará basado en República Dominicana. Es un rol full-time.

En esta posición serás responsable de la operación y mantenimiento de una cartera de pólizas, gestionando movimientos (altas/bajas), reembolsos, revisión y despacho de facturación, así como el seguimiento de carnets. El rol requiere un enfoque fuerte en servicio al cliente corporativo, control de información y capacidad analítica para asegurar calidad y oportunidad en la gestión.

Contaremos contigo para:

Gestionar movimientos y novedades de la cartera de pólizas (altas y bajas), asegurando exactitud en la información y cumplimiento de tiempos.
Administrar y dar seguimiento a los procesos de reembolsos asociados a la cartera, manteniendo trazabilidad y comunicación oportuna con las partes involucradas.
Revisar, validar y apoyar el despacho/gestión de facturación, realizando controles básicos y cruces de información para asegurar consistencia de datos.
Gestionar y dar seguimiento a la emisión y entrega de carnets, asegurando una experiencia de servicio adecuada para el cliente.
Mantener comunicación clara y profesional con clientes corporativos, atendiendo requerimientos y asegurando una resolución oportuna.
Apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua del proceso, incluyendo apertura al uso de herramientas de IA para optimizar tareas operativas cuando aplique.

Lo que necesitas tener:

Formación en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Mercadeo u otras carreras afines al perfil administrativo (se consideran técnicos, tecnólogos o estudiantes de últimos años con experiencia relevante).
Perfil senior con mínimo 3 años de experiencia en áreas de seguros, administración (o afines; también se considera experiencia relevante en educación/servicios según el alcance del rol).
Manejo de Excel intermedio (validación de información y cruces de datos).
Disponibilidad para jornada 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. o 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (República Dominicana) y no trabajar festivos según esquema indicado.
Inglés (opcional; suma si lo tienes).
