Funções que serão desempenhadas:
Aplicar soluções analíticas para analisar dados e gerar insights que aprimorem políticas de cobrança e estratégias de crédito.
Desenvolver estratégias focadas no ciclo de vida de soluções de Analytics, demonstrando aos stakeholders como a inteligência de dados e os modelos preditivos otimizam a tomada de decisão no ciclo de crédito.
Colaborar com as equipes internas, incluindo Data Science, Tecnologia, Força de Vendas e Operações.
Experiências necessárias:
Experiência em análise de dados aplicado à produtos de crédito PF e/ou PJ.
Capacidade de identificar e entender as necessidades dos clientes em relação ao ciclo de crédito e traduzi-las em insights.
Habilidades técnicas em análise de dados, estatística e ferramentas de visualização, especialmente aplicadas ao contexto de crédito.
Habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de articular insights de forma clara e convincente.

Formação em áreas relacionadas, como Estatística, Ciência de Dados, Matemática, Engenharia ou equivalente.
Conhecimento em linguagem de programação Bigquery SQL (mandatório) e Python (diferencial).
