Resumen del Puesto**
Buscamos un Analista de Remuneraciones para unirse a nuestro equipo en ALS. Esta posición es clave para asegurar la correcta y oportuna administración de los procesos de nómina y compensaciones, contribuyendo al bienestar de nuestros colaboradores.
Responsabilidades del Puesto**
* Realizar el ciclo completo de procesamiento de nómina para múltiples entidades, asegurando el cumplimiento de las leyes laborales y fiscales vigentes.
* Realizar cálculos complejos de remuneraciones, incluyendo salarios, bonificaciones, comisiones, beneficios y descuentos.
* Analizar y verificar la exactitud de los datos de nómina, identificando y resolviendo cualquier discrepancia.
* Elaborar y presentar reportes de nómina, costos laborales y análisis de compensaciones a la gerencia.
* Participar en la administración de beneficios para empleados, incluyendo seguros de salud, planes de jubilación y otros programas.
* Mantenerse actualizado sobre las normativas laborales y fiscales relevantes para la gestión de remuneraciones en Chile.
* Colaborar con el área de Recursos Humanos en la implementación de políticas de compensación y beneficios.
* Atender consultas de empleados relacionadas con sus remuneraciones y beneficios.
* Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de nómina y proponer soluciones eficientes.
* Participar en auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con nómina y compensaciones.

Cualificaciones del Puesto**
* Ingeniero en RRHH, Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas o campo relacionado.
* Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia progresiva en el área de nómina y remuneraciones.
* Experiencia demostrable en el procesamiento de nóminas para una plantilla significativa y diversa.
* Conocimiento avanzado de la legislación laboral y fiscal de Chile.
* Dominio de sistemas de gestión de nómina Softland. Manejo de plataformas Workday, SAP u otros.
* Habilidades excepcionales en Microsoft Excel (funciones avanzadas, tablas dinámicas, etc.).
* Capacidad analítica sólida y atención meticulosa al detalle.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
* Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo.
* Orientación al cliente y habilidades para la resolución de problemas.
