About the role

Job Summary
The (Field) Service Sr. Coordinator is responsible for coordinating field service activities including installation, configuration, calibration, and repair of technical products and systems at customer locations. This role supports service delivery and may guide other professional-level staff in non-routine situations.
This job profile is intended for professional-level staff that works autonomously and may coordinate the activities of other professional-level staff, especially in non-routine situations.

Principais Responsabilidades

Prestar assistência técnica presencialmente nos clientes da Sulzer, supervisionando a manutenção, instalação e teste dos equipamentos e seus sistemas periféricos;
Realizar parametrização e configuração do equipamento para start-up;
Realizar manutenções e reparos em equipamentos no local;
Diagnosticar e solucionar problemas técnicos de forma eficiente;
Supervisionar a instalação e manutenção de equipamentos nos sites dos clientes;
Interpretação de desenhos, fluxogramas e elaboração de relatórios técnicos pertinentes a todas as atividades de campo;
Supervisionar as atividades da equipe de campo, incluindo mecânicos da equipe Sulzer, do cliente e de fornecedores, gerenciando a comunicação, ferramentas, equipe e demais recursos para o sucesso da tarefa;
Suporte técnico interno e remoto aos clientes Sulzer.

Habilidades Necessárias

Formação técnica em Automação, Eletromecânica ou área correlata;
Desejável conhecimento em turbo-compressores;
Conhecimento em normas de segurança e qualidade aplicáveis;
Inglês Intermediário;
Disponibilidade para viagens e flexibilidade de horários.
