Quais são as responsabilidades da posição

O(a) Analista de Sinistros Pleno será responsável pela gestão ponta a ponta dos processos de sinistros, desde o aviso até a conclusão, atuando na análise técnica dos casos, regulação de orçamentos e negociação com fornecedores da rede Ayvens.

Também será responsável por manter interface constante com seguradoras, oficinas, concessionárias e demais parceiros, garantindo o cumprimento dos SLAs estabelecidos, a disponibilidade da frota e a melhor experiência para os clientes.

O profissional atuará na avaliação de orçamentos e complementos, condução de negociações, tratamento de casos críticos e escalonamentos, além de apoiar iniciativas voltadas à melhoria contínua dos processos da área.

Precisamos de alguém com:

Experiência sólida em sinistros automotivos, manutenção automotiva, preferencialmente em locadoras, seguradoras ou empresas de gestão de frotas;
Conhecimento dos processos de sinistros de ponta a ponta, incluindo análise, regulação e acompanhamento dos processos;
Conhecimento em apólices, contratos, SLA e processos de reparação automotiva;
Conhecimentos em mecânica automotiva;
Capacidade analítica, visão de negócio e forte habilidade de negociação;
Senso de prioridade e urgência, com foco na satisfação do cliente e mitigação de impactos operacionais;
Excelente comunicação para interação com clientes, fornecedores, parceiros e áreas internas;
Pensamento inovador e foco na melhoria contínua de processos;
Excel intermediário/avançado (teste de conhecimento poderá ser aplicado durante o processo seletivo);
Inglês intermediário/avançado;
Graduação em áreas relacionadas à Mecânica, Engenharia Mecânica, Gestão Automotiva ou correlatas, cursando ou concluída.
