Buscamos um(a) Analista Jr. de Channels Strategy focado(a) em Salesforce, Chatbots, URA e Inteligência Artificial para atuar na sustentação e melhoria das jornadas do cliente e do atendente. Você atuará na ponte entre Negócios e TI, apoiando a priorização de automações de alto impacto e o ganho de eficiência operacional.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Jornadas & Curadoria: Acompanhar, testar e realizar curadoria contínua dos canais (Bot, URA) e garantir o alinhamento com a Base de Conhecimento (Salesforce Knowledge).
- Mapeamento de Oportunidades: Identificar dores e ineficiências operacionais (Atendimento, Data Ops, Prevenção à Fraude).
- Ponte Negócio x TI: Traduzir necessidades funcionais para o time técnico e avaliar viabilidade de soluções (IA, Low-code, APIs, RPA).
- Análise e Impacto: Ajudar na estruturação de Business Cases (ROI) e na mensuração dos resultados gerados pelas automações.

Requisitos
- Ensino superior completo ou em andamento (fase final) em Administração, Engenharias, Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas.
- Vivência com curadoria/monitoria de canais de atendimento ou suporte a operações.
- Domínio analítico de Excel/Google Sheets e boa lógica para mapeamento de fluxos e processos.
- Conhecimento (conceitual ou prático) em IA, Chatbots e URA.
- Familiaridade com o ecossistema Salesforce (Service Cloud, Agentforce ou Einstein).
- Excelente comunicação escrita, perfil detalhista e capacidade analítica.
Diferenciais
- Conhecimento em Prompt Engineering ou plataformas de LLM.
- Certificações/cursos no Salesforce Trailhead.
- Noções de APIs, integrações, RPA e metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban, Jira/Trello).
- Inglês técnico para leitura de documentação
Modelo de trabalho: Disponibilidade para atuação 4x presencial em nossa sede em Alphaville - Barueri/SP.
