Profissional responsável por atuar no suporte ao setor de engenharia, nas atividades relacionadas a Powertrain, incluindo calibração de motores. Deverá atuar de forma proativa no acompanhamento de novos projetos e projetos em andamento, apoiando os engenheiros na organização das demandas oriundas dos milestones / deliverables de cada projeto.

Formação
• Engenharia (Mecânica, Automotiva, Produção ou áreas correlatas).
Conhecimentos técnicos (Hard Skills)
• Desejável conhecimento em sistemas de powertrain automotivo (especialmente calibração)
• Noções sólidas de gestão de projetos (cronogramas, milestones, riscos, follow-up).
• Domínio de ferramentas do dia a dia:
o Excel / Power BI / Share point (nível intermediário a avançado)
o PowerPoint / apresentações técnicas

Experiência
• Vivência em indústria automotiva ou autopeças (desejável).
• Experiência em projetos técnicos multidisciplinares.
• Atuação prévia em times globais ou multifuncionais é um diferencial.
