Brindar soporte tecnológico eficiente y orientado al usuario, gestionando incidentes y requerimientos de manera oportuna, realizando diagnósticos iniciales y escalando los casos que requieran atención especializada.

Serás responsable de gestionar tickets, mantener una comunicación proactiva con los usuarios y coordinar con equipos internos y externos para asegurar la continuidad operativa y la calidad del servicio.

Principales responsabilidades:
• Recepcionar, registrar, clasificar y realizar seguimiento de incidentes y requerimientos utilizando herramientas de ticketing y estándares ITIL.
• Realizar diagnósticos iniciales, aplicando procedimientos establecidos y conocimientos básicos de Networking para identificar y resolver problemas de conectividad.
• Escalar oportunamente incidentes críticos o aquellos que requieran soporte especializado, coordinando con equipos internos y externos.
• Mantener una comunicación clara y proactiva con los usuarios respecto del estado y resolución de sus solicitudes.
• Generar reportes y analizar tendencias relacionadas con tickets, incidentes recurrentes y niveles de atención, contribuyendo a la mejora continua del servicio.
Requisitos excluyentes:
• Contar con al menos 1 año de experiencia en roles similares, como Service Desk, Help Desk o Soporte Técnico.
• Titulado(a) de carreras técnicas o profesionales de Informática, Sistemas, Networking, Telecomunicaciones o afines.
• Contar con conocimientos en sistemas operativos Windows y herramientas de Office.
• Tener conocimientos básicos de Networking, incluyendo IP, DNS, VPN y diagnóstico inicial de conectividad.
• Contar con disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos 24x7, incluyendo fines de semana y jornadas nocturnas.
Requisitos deseables:
- Manejo de herramientas de ticketing como ServiceNow, Jira, GLPI, Remedy o similares.
- Conocimiento o experiencia aplicando ITIL en la gestión de incidentes y requerimientos.
- Inglés intermedio.
- Conocimiento con IA.
