Analista Operações Júnior (Gestão de Rede)
Local: Capão Raso - Curitiba
Modelo de atuação: 100% presencial
Principais atividades do cargo:
- Prospectar, identificar e desenvolver parceiros estratégicos em todo o território nacional;
- Realizar o credenciamento, homologação e manutenção de parceiros da rede;
- Receber, conferir e direcionar documentação necessária para processos de cadastro e homologação;
- Gerir e controlar a rede de parceiros, considerando demandas, capacidade de atendimento e categorias de atuação;
- Atualizar e manter cadastros e informações em sistemas internos;
- Atuar como interface entre parceiros, áreas internas e demais stakeholders;
- Organizar, controlar e garantir a integridade de processos, informações e documentação da rede;
- Monitorar a qualidade, disponibilidade e nível de atendimento dos parceiros credenciados;
- Apoiar a expansão e o fortalecimento da rede por meio da identificação de novas oportunidades de credenciamento;
- Acompanhar indicadores operacionais relacionados à rede de parceiros;
- Prestar suporte às demandas operacionais relacionadas à gestão da rede;
- Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de credenciamento, homologação e gestão de parceiros.

Requisitos e Qualificações
- Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Administração, Logística, Processos Gerenciais, Engenharia, ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência em atividades de credenciamento, gestão de fornecedores, rede de prestadores, operações ou atendimento corporativo.
- Conhecimento em rotinas administrativas, análise documental e controle de processos.
- Experiência com atualização e manutenção de cadastros em sistemas.
- Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.
- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
- Capacidade de negociação e gestão de relacionamentos com parceiros.
