Estamos buscando una persona talentosa para unirse a nuestro equipo de Cumplimiento en Marsh. Este rol estará basado en Bogotá, Colombia. Es un rol híbrido que requiere trabajar al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina.

En esta posición, serás responsable de apoyar el análisis y seguimiento de información clave para el proceso de cumplimiento, integrando criterio financiero y analítico para elaborar reportes y presentaciones que faciliten la toma de decisiones. Trabajarás con datos en Excel, asegurando consistencia, trazabilidad y calidad de la información, y aportando una mirada estructurada sobre riesgos, indicadores y tendencias.

Contaremos contigo para:

Analizar e interpretar estados financieros, identificando hallazgos relevantes para el análisis y control en el marco de cumplimiento.
Evaluar indicadores financieros clave (liquidez, apalancamiento, rentabilidad y flujo de efectivo), así como métricas de solvencia y endeudamiento.
Realizar análisis de crédito, incluyendo revisión de comportamiento de pago, líneas de crédito, concentración de clientes y exposición, e históricos de incumplimiento.
Desarrollar análisis sectoriales y macroeconómicos, entendiendo ciclos económicos, riesgo país, riesgo industria y tendencias del mercado.
Identificar sectores sensibles a variables macro (recesión, tipo de cambio, tasas e inflación) y traducirlo en insights para reportes ejecutivos.
Construir, depurar y mantener reportes en Excel (manejo de bases de datos, fórmulas, tablas dinámicas y gráficos) para seguimiento, control y presentaciones.
Preparar presentaciones claras y estructuradas con resultados, conclusiones y recomendaciones para distintos stakeholders.

Lo que necesitas tener:

Formación en Finanzas, Administración, Contaduría o carreras afines.
2 a 3 años de experiencia relevante en funciones analíticas (financieras/crediticias/riesgo/cumplimiento o afines).
Conocimientos sólidos en análisis financiero (lectura e interpretación de estados financieros e indicadores).
Conocimientos en análisis de crédito (comportamiento de pago, exposición, concentración e incumplimiento).
Dominio de Excel avanzado para manejo de datos y elaboración de reportes y presentaciones.
