Job Summary



A Flex magyarországi telephelyein- Zalaegerszegen, Sárváron, Tabon, illetve Budapesten és Gyálon - közel 10 000 munkavállalót foglalkoztat.
A zalaegerszegi gyáregységünk csapatába keresünk munkatársat az alábbi munkakörbe:
AOI mérnök
A legfontosabb feladatok a következők lesznek:
- Machine Vision rendszerek tervezése és implementálása
- Ipari kamerák és optikai rendszerek ismerete
- Képfeldolgozási algoritmusok alkalmazása és optimalizálása
- Vision szoftverek használata (pl. Cognex VisionPro, Keyence, Omron FHV, Halcon, OpenCV)
- Kamera kalibráció és mérőrendszer-validálás
- 2D és 3D vision alkalmazások fejlesztése
- Világítástechnikai megoldások kiválasztása és optimalizálása
- OCR, OCV, vonalkód- és Data Matrix olvasási megoldások ismerete
- Geometriai és mintázat-alapú ellenőrzések fejlesztése
- Automatizálási és PLC rendszerekkel történő integráció
- Vision rendszerek hibakeresése és finomhangolása
- MSA, GR&R, Cg/Cgk vizsgálatok ismerete kamerás rendszerekre
- szoros együttműködés a többi mérnöki csapattal
- A gyártási folyamatok megbízhatóságának folyamatos felügyelete, KPI-ok szinten tartása
- Aktív részvétel a termelési mutatók javításában és stabilan tartásában
- Folyamatváltozások bevezetésének támogatása és felügyelete
- Munkautasítások, egyéb dokumentumok (pl. specifikációk, eljárások) írása és karbantartása

A munkakör betöltéséhez szükséges ismeretek:
- Villamosmérnöki (vagy mechatronikai mérnöki) végzettség
- Vagy elektronikai gyártásban, vision rendszerek tesztelésben szerzett 5-10 éves tapasztalat
- MS Office programok magabiztos ismerete
- Kommunikációs szintű angol és magyar nyelvtudás szóban és írásban egyaránt
Előnyként értékeljük:
- LabView, NI Measurement System ismerete
- PLC ismeret és programozási nyelvek ismerete
