- Kontrolle des Materials und der Dokumente auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit
- Anwendung von MES, SAP und Auftragspapieren zur Identifikation und Rückverfolgbarkeit von Aufträgen
- Eigenständige Durchführung von AOI-Prüfungen (Automated Optical Inspection)
- Mikroskopische Sichtkontrolle von SMT-bestückten Leiterplatten
- Analyse und Beurteilung von Lötstellen sowie von Röntgenbildern gemäss IPC-Standards
- Erfahrung in der Elektronikfertigung, idealerweise im Bereich AOI, optische Sichtkontrolle oder visuelle Inspektionen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der IPC-A-610-Norm
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und präzise Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
- Idealerweise Erfahrung als SMT-Operator. Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bedienen und Einrichten von SIPLACE-Bestückungsautomaten, EKRA-Druckern und weiteren Anlagen der SMT-Fertigung sind von Vorteil.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit PARMI-AOI-Systemen ist von Vorteil
- Lötkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
