Sur le site de Reims, Valeo Systèmes Thermiques, nous recherchons un(e) apprenti(e) pour une durée de 1 à 2 ans. Ce site compte environ 350 collaborateurs. Il est spécialisé dans la production d’échangeurs thermiques.

Votre challenge ?

Supporter le Service Comptabilité Partagé & Contrôle de Gestion Industriel site dans le renseignement et l’automatisation de la clôture et du reporting mensuel,

Assurer le traitement des factures fournisseurs (réception, vérification de la régularité, imputation comptable, règlement),

Contribuer au bon suivi des dépenses salariés en déplacement (validation, comptabilisation, remboursement)

Participer au suivi des immobilisations corporelles du site (mise en service, inventaire, ferraillage),

Participer à l’élaboration et à l’optimisation des indicateurs opérationnels quotidien,

Prendre part aux suivis opérationnels pour accompagner l’amélioration continue des coûts,

Réaliser des reportings, controllings, analyses et facturations sur demande de notre contrôleur de gestion,

Réaliser le suivi des impayés, management des effet matières et ventes sur compte de résultat et Bilan (stocks), déploiement d’analyses,

Continuer la formalisation et standardisation des procédures et modes opératoires pour donner du sens au travail effectué (A à Z).

Vous souhaitez commencer un Master dans le domaine financier. La comptabilité générale, analytique, les notions de stock, d’amortissement et de marge vous attirent.

Les suites Microsoft et Google n'ont aucun secret pour vous. Connaître SAP ou un autre ERP serait un plus.

Vous êtes curieux et vous avez envie d’apprendre, nous compterons sur votre esprit d’équipe, votre rigueur et votre dynamisme.
