¿Qué necesitas?

Formación: Estudiantes técnicos de últimos ciclos de Procesos Industriales, Producción Industrial, Industrias Alimentarias, Química Industrial o carreras afines.
Experiencia: No es indispensable; valoramos tus ganas de aprender y desarrollarte.
Conocimientos deseables: Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM), seguridad alimentaria y control de procesos.
Disponibilidad: Para realizar prácticas de manera presencial en Santa Clara, Ate.

¿Qué harás?

Brindar soporte en el monitoreo y control de los parámetros operativos de los procesos productivos.
Participar en las operaciones de molienda húmeda, molienda seca, refinería de glucosa y otros procesos productivos de la planta.
Apoyar en las actividades de limpieza y orden de las áreas de trabajo, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad e inocuidad.
Colaborar en iniciativas orientadas a optimizar rendimientos, reducir tiempos de producción y mejorar la eficiencia de los procesos.
Participar activamente en capacitaciones y actividades relacionadas con seguridad, calidad y mejora continua.
