Als arbeitsmedizinische Pflegefachkraft (m/w/*) am Standort Jüchen und Neuss (20 Min. voneinander entfernt) haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Zusammenarbeit in einem standortübergreifenden, multidisziplinären Team, bestehend aus EHS, HR und Werksleitung, zur Förderung der Gesundheit und des Wohlbefindens der 3M Mitarbeitenden
- Planung, Umsetzung und Bewertung von Programmen im Bereich Arbeitsmedizin sowie allgemeiner Gesundheitsprogramme
- Zusammenarbeit mit Human Resources und Betriebsärztinnen bzw. Betriebsärzten bei der Fall- und Betreuungsplanung im Zusammenhang mit arbeitsbedingten und nicht arbeitsbedingten Erkrankungen oder Verletzungen, um Maßnahmen zur Rückkehr an den Arbeitsplatz sowie zum Disability Management festzulegen
- Unterstützung der Betriebsärztinnen und Betriebsärzte bei der Durchführung von Einstellungsuntersuchungen, arbeitsmedizinischen Arbeitsplatzbegehungen, bescheinigungsbezogenen Beratungen sowie arbeitsmedizinischen Vorsorgeuntersuchungen
- Dokumentation medizinischer Kontakte mit Mitarbeitenden in den entsprechenden Systemen sowie Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Dokumentation unter Wahrung der medizinischen Vertraulichkeit gemäß DSGVO, 3M Standards und medizinischen Praxisstandards
- Koordination von Ersthelfer-Schulungen sowie Durchführung von Erste-Hilfe-Maßnahmen im ambulanten Umfeld
- Gegenseitige Vertretung und Unterstützung anderer arbeitsmedizinischer 3M Mitarbeitender in der Region

Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen
Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen:
- In Deutschland registrierte und zugelassene Pflegefachkraft
- Klinische Pflegeerfahrung in einem privaten, öffentlichen, staatlichen oder militärischen Umfeld
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit elektronischen Patientenakten bzw. Electronic Medical Record-Systemen (EMR)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
- Aktuelle Zertifizierung in Erster Hilfe, einschließlich Herz-Lungen-Wiederbelebung (CPR) und Anwendung eines automatisierten externen Defibrillators (AED)
Diese weiteren Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung in einem Produktions- oder Fertigungsumfeld sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit wichtigen Stakeholdern
- Zusätzliche Weiterbildung im Bereich Arbeitsmedizin bzw. betriebliche Gesundheitsversorgung
- Kenntnisse des Arbeitsschutzgesetzes, der ArbMedVV bzw. arbeitsmedizinischer Vorsorgeregeln, der Anforderungen der Unfallversicherung, der Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften sowie der Datenschutzpflichten
- Fähigkeit zur Durchführung von Audiometrien, Spirometrien, Blutentnahmen und Sehtests
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
