As an Architect & Estimation Excellence - Oracle Finance - Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering strategic solutions within our Oracle Finance practice. You will be at the forefront of client interactions, driving project success through your specialized knowledge and technical acumen. Within our Finance Technology - Oracle Core ERP practice, you will leverage your skills to innovate processes and maintain operational excellence, contributing to the firm's strategic objectives.

As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic advisor, applying sound judgment and fostering high-performing teams to solve complex problems. You will motivate and coach teams, guiding them through challenging situations and demonstrating composure in ambiguous environments. Your role will involve crafting and conveying impactful messages that tell a holistic story, validating outcomes with clients, and acting on feedback to drive results.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to deepen your skills, focusing on staying relevant in the ever-evolving landscape of Oracle Finance. Responsibilities

- Leading Oracle Finance transformation projects to enhance financial processes and systems
- Managing client relationships and providing strategic financial advice to drive project success
- Utilizing Oracle Financials and Hyperion Financial Management to streamline financial reporting and analysis
- Overseeing the implementation of Oracle Acquire to Retire and Procure-to-Pay processes
- Developing financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive finance solutions
- Validating compliance with regulatory authority requirements and financial reporting standards
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Presenting financial reports and insights to stakeholders to inform strategic planning

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
- Leading finance transformation projects with a focus on Oracle ERP solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business process improvements
- Managing complex financial reporting and budgeting processes
- Excelling in strategic questioning and financial advising
