As an Architect & Estimation Excellence - Oracle SCM - Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering strategic solutions within our Oracle Supply Chain and Operations practice. You will be at the forefront of client engagements, driving process quality and delivery capability to support our global delivery initiatives. As a Senior Manager, you will act as a strategic advisor, utilizing your advanced skills and industry knowledge to drive project success and maintain operational excellence. You will lead large projects, innovate processes, and interact with clients at a high level, fostering trust and motivating teams to solve complex problems. Your role will involve crafting impactful messages, applying systems thinking, and validating outcomes with clients to deliver quality results.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be instrumental in developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, contributing to the overall success of our firm. Your commitment to excellence and ability to navigate complexity will be key in driving results and enhancing our Oracle practice.

Responsibilities

- Leading Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) projects to enhance client delivery capabilities
- Managing project resources and budgets to optimize cost efficiency and operational processes
- Developing and implementing Oracle-based solutions for supply chain transformation and performance improvement
- Utilizing Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Oracle Manufacturing Cloud to streamline operations
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive supply chain consulting and strategic planning initiatives
- Applying data-driven insights and analytical thinking to support demand forecasting and inventory management
- Overseeing the integration of Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Logistics to improve order management and procurement strategies
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to support project delivery and service excellence
- Promoting process improvement and innovation within supply chain management frameworks
- Validating data integrity and compliance within Oracle database systems and reporting tools

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Management or related Oracle SCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite for comprehensive supply chain solutions
- Leading strategic supply chain transformation initiatives
- Innovating processes for operational excellence in Oracle SCM environments
- Developing high-performing teams through effective coaching and feedback
