A Sales Manager is responsible for acquiring business, managing product solution changes and is the key contact for the customer or a product solution aspect. The position sells ASC product to customer.
Responsible customer will be defined according to the latest situation and candidate's background.

Relationship management: external/internal - build up a trustful relationship with key contacts.
Market intelligence, Negotiation/Communication skill
Accoutability for complex projects, Represents Continental in front of the customer in owen area of responsibility.
Financial Knowledge, Basic knowlegde of Automotive technology.
Customer strategy creation and management.
