Lo que harás:

Serás responsable de mantener y hacer crecer nuestro negocio equino en la región centro, alineado con la política comercial establecida, alcanzando los objetivos de volumen de ventas y rentabilidad. Trabajarás estrechamente con distribuidores, puntos de venta y profesionales del sector equino en los ámbitos de la cría, el deporte y el ocio.

Tus principales responsabilidades incluirán:

Garantizar un posicionamiento y recomendación óptimos de nuestra marca dentro del sector equino.

Captar y gestionar distribuidores, puntos de venta al por menor y cuentas clave en el segmento equino.

Administrar el presupuesto comercial y hacer seguimiento de las acciones para cumplir los objetivos de ventas.

Supervisar el cobro de pagos de las cuentas de clientes asignadas.

Mantener actualizadas las herramientas de CRM e informes de acuerdo con los requisitos de la empresa.

Promover una imagen de marca sólida en línea con las estrategias de patrocinio y marketing del mundo equino.

A quién buscamos:

Buscamos a una persona apasionada por el mundo del caballo y con una mentalidad comercial marcada, dispuesta a asumir este reto con iniciativa y compromiso. Idealmente con formación universitaria, serás una persona orientada a resultados, con habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para conectar con clientes de perfiles muy diversos.

También necesitarás:

Titulación universitaria (Grado o equivalente).

Pasión por los caballos y sólida orientación comercial.

Disponibilidad para viajar el 80% del tiempo por la región Centro (Castilla La Mancha, Madrid y Castilla y León).

Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana, especialmente durante eventos equinos clave.

Nivel fluido de inglés.

Residencia preferente en Madrid o provincias limítrofes.
