ปฏิบัติงานในกระบวนการผลิตและประกอบผลิตภัณฑ์ของ Caterpillar โดยใช้เครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ และเครื่องมือช่างพื้นฐานในการประกอบชิ้นส่วนหลักและชิ้นส่วนย่อยตามมาตรฐานการทำงานที่กำหนด รวมถึงงานด้านการจัดการวัสดุ การตรวจสอบคุณภาพ การบรรจุ การทำความสะอาดชิ้นงาน และงานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย[

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
▸ระบุเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็นในการปฏิบัติงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
▸ดำเนินการประกอบชิ้นส่วนต่างๆ และชิ้นส่วนย่อยตามขั้นตอนมาตรฐานการทำงานที่กำหนด
▸ปฏิบัติงานด้านการจัดการวัสดุ การจัดเก็บ การเคลื่อนย้าย การจัดชุดชิ้นส่วน (Kitting) การหยิบ การบรรจุ และการติดสัญลักษณ์ของชิ้นส่วนหรือวัสดุ
▸ตรวจสอบจำนวนชิ้นส่วน จัดเตรียมวัสดุหรือสินค้า และบรรจุสินค้าให้ถูกต้องตามเอกสารและขั้นตอนที่กำหนด
▸ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของงานด้วยสายตาและอุปกรณ์ตรวจวัด เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพที่กำหนด
▸ทำงานอย่างปลอดภัยตลอดเวลา และปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบด้านความปลอดภัย รวมถึงสวมใส่อุปกรณ์ PPE ตามที่กำหนด
▸ดูแลความสะอาดและความเป็นระเบียบของพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน พร้อมสนับสนุนกิจกรรม 5ส
▸ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
▸วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ม.3, ม.6, ปวช. หรือ ปวส. ทุกสาขา
▸สามารถทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมและปฏิบัติงานตามขั้นตอนที่กำหนดได้
▸สามารถเข้ากะและทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
▸มีความรับผิดชอบ ละเอียดรอบคอบ และทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
▸มีประสบการณ์ด้านการผลิต งานประกอบ หรือคลังสินค้า
▸สามารถใช้เครื่องมือช่างพื้นฐาน เช่น Torque Wrench, Vernier Caliper หรือ Micrometer
▸สามารถอ่านแบบวิศวกรรมเบื้องต้นได้
▸มีความรู้ด้าน 5ส ความปลอดภัย หรือคุณภาพ
สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน: บริษัท แคทเทอร์พิลลาร์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด CRTT , อ.บ้านค่าย จ.ระยอง
เวลาทำงาน: วันจันทร์–ศุกร์ เวลา 07:30–16:30 น. (อาจมีการเข้ากะและทำงานล่วงเวลา)
