岗位职责：

• 遵守工厂安全规定。
• 遵守质量要求，保质保量的完成规定操作以满足生产线和生产区域的质量绩效。
• 满足生产节拍要求。必要时，接替其他团队成员的工作，帮助团队维持生产线正常运转。及时地向班组长发出Andon 请求。按要求完成点检工作，执行日常设备维护，维持本区域的5S标准。
• 参加流程改进对话，提出持续改进意见，提供反馈，参与实施构想。
• 主管和组长临时安排的工作。

学历要求：机械相关专业职校及以上学历。

技能要求：

• 标准化作业执行能力：依据工艺给出的WI，按照其质量、安全的相关要求，完成发动机或者机组的装配能力。
