🔧 Key Responsibilities
▸ปฏิบัติงานประกอบในจุดที่มีความ Critical และซับซ้อนสูง (High-precision / High-risk operations)

▸วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงลึก (Advanced Troubleshooting) รวมถึง Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
▸เป็น Subject Matter Expert (SME) ในกระบวนการหรือสถานีงานหลัก
▸โค้ชและพัฒนาทีม Technician / Specialist ในด้านเทคนิคและมาตรฐานการทำงาน
ร่วมกับ Engineering / Quality ในการปรับปรุงแบบ / Process / Work Instruction
▸นำโครงการ Continuous Improvement เช่น Lean, Six Sigma, Productivity Improvement
▸สนับสนุนการเตรียม Line สำหรับ New Model / New Product Introduction (NPI)
▸ตรวจสอบและควบคุมมาตรฐานคุณภาพในระดับ Line / Area
▸มีส่วนร่วมในการลด Defect, Rework และ Productivity Loss
Skills & Competencies
▸ความเชี่ยวชาญสูงในการอ่านแบบวิศวกรรม และระบบเครื่องกล/ไฟฟ้า
▸Advanced Problem Solving (RCA, 8D, Fishbone, Why-Why Analysis)
▸Leadership และ Coaching Skill
▸เข้าใจ Manufacturing System เชิงลึก (Lean, Six Sigma เป็นข้อได้เปรียบ)
▸มี Data-driven mindset และใช้ข้อมูลในการตัดสินใจ

▸สามารถอ่านและเข้าใจแบบงานวิศวกรรมหรือคู่มือการประกอบได้
▸สุขภาพแข็งแรง ไม่มีข้อจำกัดด้านสายตาหรือการได้ยิน
▸สามารถทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมโรงงานได้ เช่น การยืนทำงานเป็นเวลานาน หรือการทำงานเป็นกะ
▸มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีวินัยในการทำงาน และมีความรับผิดชอบ
▸สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี และพร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่
ทักษะและประสบการณ์ที่พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
