組立装置設備保全エンジニア

＜職務内容＞

ハードディスクドライブ(HDD)の新製品の開発を担う藤沢事業所において、開発促進のため、新規開発製品の試作、及び、使用する自動組立装置の保守・点検・管理を行なう業務を担当いただきます。
まさに“ものづくり”に興味のある方、及び、AI・データセンタービジネスを支えているHDDの新製品開発に関わりたい方にはマッチした業務です。

製品開発部門からの要求をもとに、関連部門と試作生産計画を立案
製品開発部門からの開発中の新たな試作の依頼に基づき、クリーンルーム内での自動組立装置による試作(マニュアルによる組立作業もあり)
組立作業後、PCBAの取り付けや溶接等を行い、HDD試作品のテストを実施
自動組立装置のエラー・不具合等の原因究明・対応
エラー・不具合の発生前に、試作に使用される組立装置の定期部品交換・保全作業

＜必須となる経験、資格、スキル＞

高校卒業以上
自動組立装置の保守・保全・点検業務を一定期間の担当した経験(基本的な機械・電気の知識)
安全に対する意識を持ち、トラブル発生の際、自身や周囲の方の安全に配慮した行動ができる方
開発部門、外部業者等の関係者とも積極的にコミュニケーションをとれる方
英語：業務での使用経験は不要ですが、メールや文書の読み書きで必要となる場合があります。
日本語：ネイティブレベル

自動製造装置や搬送ロボットなどの動作プログラムやPLCプログラムに関する知見
必要となる組立ツール類の改善・改良に向けた提案・対応の経験・意欲

＜求人概要＞

【想定年収】600万円～ 800万円
　　　　月給：31万円以上　※経験・スキルを勘案の上、決定
　　　　※資格別定額賞与（年2回）、インセンティブ（年1回）
　　　　※裁量労働制を選択の場合、裁量勤務手当を支給

【勤務地詳細】神奈川県藤沢市桐原町1番地　（湘南台駅よりバス10分）

【勤務時間】8：45～17：15 （休憩1時間）※実働7時間30分/日
　　　　フレックス勤務制度の場合：標準労働時間7時間30分／コアタイム11:00-15:00
　　　　裁量労働制の場合：専門業務型／みなし労働時間：7時間30分/日
　　　　※担当職務の内容・職務遂行の態様に基づき個別に決定します。

　　　　-通勤手当（上限15万円/月）
　　　　　　※電車・バス・自家用車通勤可（ガソリン代支給）
　　　　-入社に伴い転居が必要な方に対する手当※社内規定による
