岗位职责：
- 配合工程师完成高压连接器和高压线束工艺等验证工作
- 配合工程师完成高压新项目样品制作的技术指导，制程问题跟踪和整改
- 服从设备工程师和班长的日常工作安排配合各个业务的工程更改和新项目中设备的准备和验收工作
- 配合工程师制作新项目样品，指导和培训生产，并完成WI等文件制作
- 配合工程师完成新项目工艺参数的验证，导入，和后续变更管理
- 保证生产设备和工艺运行平稳，协助分析并解决质量问题
任职要求:
- 中专、技校及以上学历
- 至少2年的汽车线束行业工作经验，熟悉线束生产工艺，熟练掌握高压连接器组装和高压线束组装工艺
- 良好的沟通和分析问题的能力
- 有汽车线束行业工作经验，高压线束样品制作者优先
- 责任感，有敬业精神，团队合作精神，能适应翻班工作制，据工作需要能适应工作并能加班
