- 与当地商业伙伴密切合作，为各区域KOL作演示支持；
- 为该地区的D.O.R.C.最终用户（外科医生和护理人员）提供临床培训，使其能够在服务和应用方面安全使用D.O.R.C产品，并履行培训承诺；
- 负责售前演示，并确保安装后耗材的顺利打包；
- 在需要时向医生和医院工作人员演示设备及其应用，并在可能的情况下对我们的仪器和液体进行推广
- 为现有的IB和KOL提供现场支持，例如在现场安装手术设备，安装硬件、备份系统、软件，包括在需要时跨夜跟台；
- 获得D.O.R.C.的特定认证——第一年达到2~3级，第二年达到4级。（第二级：可以独立演示，第三级：能够培训经销商，第四级：可以培训培训师）；
- 与总部下游和临床团队协调，在中国建立KOL关系。利用技能向现有和新客户推广并介绍新的D.O.R.C.产品
- 及时了解新器械、一次性用品和新手术技术；
- 为经销商和分销商提供区域临床培训，并跟进他们，以确保他们遵守与D.O.R.C.签署的服务协议（拥有配件、训练有素的服务技术人员、必要时进行软件升级以及使用DocuSign）；
- 测试和检查设备的技术规格，并支持经销商填写/检查投标规格表；
- 向大中华区总经理报告安装/演示/培训结果、客户投诉、技术缺陷、KOL意见、竞争对手的活动、可能的销售线索等。
- 本科或硕士学历以上，眼科、医学、工程等专业优先；
- 至少3年临床支持经验，眼科特别是玻切/眼后节领域专家；
- 出色的沟通技巧，能够跟团队以及跨部门有很好地合作；
- 敏锐的商业洞见，以目标为导向，有销售思维者尤佳；
- 以服务为导向，熟悉手术跟台操作协议（如何在OT中做出反应）；
- 深入了解竞争产品组合和应用程序支持；
- 强烈的主人翁精神，做事积极主动，对工作充满热情；
- 自我驱动力和学习能力强，能够独立工作；
- 既踏实务实又有策略性，注重细节，工作勤奋努力，能担当多面手的角色；
- 流利的的中英文口头和书面沟通技巧；
- 优秀的培训和演讲技巧；
- 具有团队合作精神，强烈渴望满足客户需求；
- 愿意按业务需求，国内出差频率至少在50%。
