About the Role
Join our Promotions team as an Assistant Campaign Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing promotions — from initial planning and execution to tracking, optimisation, and post-campaign analysis. You will be responsible for leading digital campaigns for priority overseas markets, designing integrated strategies that span acquisition, activation, and retention to drive growth for our trading products. This role requires a strategic marketer who can manage opt-in application flows, partner closely with cross-functional teams including Mandarin-speaking regional management, and ensure every promotion launches smoothly and delivers measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Lead the full lifecycle of digital campaigns for priority overseas markets, including cold-start and conversion-focused initiatives, from planning and QA through to launch, optimisation, and post-campaign review
- Full-Funnel Strategy: Design integrated, multi-channel campaign strategies across App, Web, CRM, and Social that drive acquisition, activation, and funded-account conversion
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Product, Compliance, Tech, and Regional teams to ensure all promotional rollouts are timely, compliant, and aligned with regional regulatory requirements
- Promotion Mechanics & Budgeting: Own the implementation of tailored promotional mechanics and incentive structures including bonuses, credits, cashback, and referral programmes
- Performance Tracking & KPIs: Track and report campaign performance against core KPIs including First-Time Deposits, Funded Accounts, and Notional Volume, using data to inform ongoing optimisation
- Audience Segmentation & Optimisation: Analyse user behaviour and trading patterns to segment audiences, tailor messaging, and apply A/B testing to improve campaign ROI
- Fraud Prevention: Design and enforce anti-gaming and fraud prevention measures to detect bonus abuse or wash trading, coordinating rapid mitigation with Compliance and Tech teams
- Risk Monitoring: Establish and maintain risk monitoring frameworks to ensure promotional benefits are accessed only by legitimate, eligible users
