Assistant Manager - Fund accounting

As an Assistant Manager - Fund Adminstration, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality fund services for a diverse portfolio of closed-ended structures, with a specialization in Private Debt Funds. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring accuracy and compliance in Net Asset Valuation (NAV) reviews across complex fund structures.
• Reviewing annual financial statements and supporting audit processes.
• Managing capital calls and distributions with precision and timeliness.
• Leading and mentoring junior team members to meet client deliverables.
• Overseeing regulatory and tax filings, ensuring full compliance.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, fund directors, and stakeholders.
• Driving consistency and excellence across assigned relationships.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in fund accounting and a passion for excellence.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Full professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent), or currently studying towards completion.
• In-depth knowledge of Luxembourg closed-ended fund structures and regulatory frameworks.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fund accounting, with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Previous experience in a Big Four audit environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with systems like eFront, Geneva, and Investran.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
