Mengelola Operasional ATM
- Memastikan seluruh mesin ATM berjalan normal (uptime tinggi)
- Mengawasi tim monitoring dan teknisi lapangan
Supervisi Tim
- Mengatur jadwal kerja (shift monitoring & teknisi)
- Memberikan arahan, evaluasi kinerja, dan training tim
Monitoring Performa Jaringan ATM
- Memastikan SLA (Service Level Agreement) tercapai
- Mengawasi downtime, error, dan performa transaksi
Manajemen Vendor
- Berkoordinasi dengan vendor ATM (maintenance, cash replenishment, dll)
- Evaluasi kinerja vendor dan memastikan sesuai kontrak
Pengelolaan Cash & Logistik
- Memastikan ketersediaan uang di ATM (tidak cash out)
- Mengatur distribusi dan pengisian uang
Penanganan Incident & Eskalasi
- Mengambil keputusan saat terjadi gangguan besar
- Menjadi PIC untuk problem kritis

- Membuat laporan performa ATM (harian/bulanan)
- Memberikan rekomendasi peningkatan efisiensi & layanan
Compliance & Keamanan
- Memastikan operasional sesuai SOP dan regulasi bank
- Mengawasi potensi fraud atau penyalahgunaan ATM
