A. Inbound Logistics & Process

Logistik Inbound: Mengatur dan memantau kedatangan pasokan barang (unit pasokan dari vendor, corporate, retur pelanggan, maupun pengiriman antar cabang/toko) agar tepat waktu dan aman.
Proses Receiving: Mengawasi alur penerimaan barang di gudang, memastikan proses pembongkaran (unloading), pengecekan dokumen (physical vs manifest check), serta input awal data barang ke sistem berjalan akurat tanpa ada unit yang terlewat.
Manajemen Vendor/3PL Inbound: Berkoordinasi dengan penyedia jasa logistik penjemputan barang untuk menyelesaikan kendala keterlambatan atau klaim selisih/kerusakan saat transit.

B. Processing & Grading (Verifikasi & Penilaian Unit)

Alur Pemrosesan (Workflow): Mengatur antrean dan alur pemrosesan unit setelah masuk dari tim penerimaan untuk masuk ke tahap testing & grading.
Akurasi Grading: Memastikan tim grader/inspector menjalankan SOP pengujian fungsi (hardware, software, keaslian komponen) dan penilaian fisik unit secara objektif dan konsisten.
Quality Control (QC): Melakukan audit berkala terhadap hasil grading untuk menekan tingkat kesalahan klasifikasi kondisi unit (grade distortion) yang dapat berdampak pada nilai jual atau margin.

C. Repair & Refurbishment Operations

Manajemen Alur Repair: Mengawasi alur distribusi unit yang membutuhkan perbaikan (repair/refurbishment) ke tim teknisi internal maupun mitra purnajual pihak ketiga.
Kontrol Spare Part & Turnaround Time (TAT): Memantau ketersediaan stok spare part serta mengevaluasi durasi pengerjaan perbaikan (TAT) agar unit yang bermasalah dapat segera dikembalikan ke kondisi layak jual tepat waktu.
Hasil Akhir Perbaikan: Memastikan setiap unit yang selesai diperbaiki telah melalui uji QC ulang sebelum dipindahkan ke stok siap jual (sellable stock).

D. Outbound Logistics & Order Fulfillment

Pengemasan & Shipping: Mengawasi proses picking, packing, dan handover unit ke kurir/ekspedisi pengiriman untuk kebutuhan B2C (e-commerce/direct order) maupun B2B (corporate/wholesale/store replenishment).
Fulfillment SLA: Menjaga tingkat keberhasilan pengiriman harian sesuai target SLA (Order Fulfillment Rate ≥ 98.5%) dengan tingkat kerusakan/salah kirim mendekati 0%.
3PL & Courier Performance: Mengevaluasi ketepatan waktu pengiriman dan biaya ekspedisi mitra logistik outbound secara berkala.

E. Inventory Control, Safety & Team Leadership

Akurasi Stok: Memimpin pelaksanaan cycle count dan stock opname rutin di seluruh area (Inbound Area, Grading Area, Repair Area, dan Storage/Outbound Area) untuk menjaga akurasi inventaris (≥ 99%).
Manajemen SDM & Shift: Menyusun skema workload dan jadwal shift staf gudang, grader, dan teknisi (termasuk kesiapan mengantisipasi lonjakan volume pada peak season/campaign).
K3 & Process Improvement: Menjamin kepatuhan terhadap standar Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) serta secara aktif mengidentifikasi bottleneck untuk merancang efisiensi alur operasional gudang.

Pendidikan: Minimal S1 Teknik Industri, Manajemen Logistik, Rantai Pasok (Supply Chain), atau bidang terkait.
Pengalaman: Minimal 3–4 tahun di bidang Warehouse & Logistics Operations, dengan minimal 1–2 tahun di tingkat Supervisor atau Assistant Manager.
Pengalaman Industri: Diutamakan memiliki latar belakang di industri e-Commerce, Retail Electronics, Gadget/ Smartphone, atau Remanufacturing/Secondhand Devices.
Keahlian Teknis:

- Terbiasa mengoperasikan sistem Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP, serta aplikasi pelacakan inventaris.

- Memahami dasar-dasar alur kerja technical testing/grading serta manajemen repair unit pada perangkat elektronik.

Mahir dalam Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets untuk analisis throughput, SLA, dan inventory loss.

Keahlian Soft Skills:

- Kepemimpinan operasional lapangan yang tegas, detail, dan solutif.

- Mampu mengelola tim lintas fungsi (staf gudang, teknisi, inspector/grader, serta pengemudi/kurir).

- Berorientasi pada data, angka target (KPI), dan efisiensi biaya (cost efficiency).
