Responsibilities

Acquire new-to-bank customers and grow the Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) portfolio through proactive acquisition strategies.
Provide personalized financial services and recommend suitable consumer banking products to meet customers' financial goals.
Achieve individual sales and service targets through active participation in branch activities, roadshows, and outbound customer engagement.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty and increase product holding.
Adhere strictly to all regulatory, compliance, and operational risk standards to ensure secure, fair, and ethical banking practices.

Requirements

A degree or diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management within the banking and financial services industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.
Good understanding of consumer banking products, financial market trends, and wealth management concepts.
Possession of relevant regulatory certifications is highly advantageous.
