· Expérience significative dans un rôle similaire

· Excellentes compétences de leadership et de communication

· Compétences en résolution de problèmes et gestion de litiges

· Hautes capacités d’organisation pouvant servir notamment dans la gestion des stocks et d’autres tâches opérationnelles

· Une personne pouvant devenir le réel binôme du responsable de magasin afin de l’accompagner à manager, coacher et motiver l’équipe en place

· Appétence des chiffres dans le but d’accroître le chiffre d’affaires et les objectifs

· Capacité à créer un climat positif et collaboratif favorisant l’esprit d’équipe et la bonne entente entre chacun d’entre vous.
