Beyond Yoga’s Technical Design team is seeking a full-time Assistant Technical Designer. This role supports the Technical Design department and reports to the Director of Technical Design.

About the Job

•Receive and log development samples.

•Review PLM records and prepare fit sample documents and measurements.

•Compile and communicate fit lists to cross-functional partners.

•Assist the Technical Design team with measuring development samples.

•Attend weekly fittings, document detailed fit notes, and recap corrections.

•Manage and organize block, core, and seasonal fit sample racks.

•Order bulk samples for review.

•Coordinate sample requests from cross-functional partners.

•Provide product details to Customer Service as needed.

•Process department invoices in ERP system.

•Effectively manage communication from multiple departments on multiple platforms.

•Assist with product fit development and technical fit comment documents.

•Support departmental needs and special projects as assigned.

About You

•1–3 years of Technical Design experience.

•Proficiency in Microsoft 365; managing email and Excel maintaining data and tracking charts.

•Strong Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat skills.

•PLM and/or PDM experience is ideal.

•Knowledge of garment construction and measuring samples.

•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

•Strong analytical mindset.

This is a hybrid work schedule based in our Culver City, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $69,000 - $85,000 per year.We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
