1. Conhecer e cumprir a Política de SHE, as regras de ouro e as normas gerais da empresa; 2. Realizar Observações Comportamentais, participar das inspeções planejadas e reportar desvios e incidentes através de etiquetas de SHE, qualidade e meio ambiente; 3. Ser responsável por cumprir a Política Integrada vigente na companhia e orientar outros funcionários para o entendimento e cumprimento dela; 4. Cumprir com as regras de GMP (Boas Práticas de Fabricação), seguir os procedimentos da área, manter a área limpa e organizada, garantir produtos com padrão de Qualidade Unilever e produtos seguros, além de cumprir com os procedimentos de tratativa de produtos potencialmente inseguros; 5. Conhecer e cumprir com as regras de SHE 29 e 30 6. Utilizar os Equipamentos de proteção individual necessário para o desempenho das suas tarefas, conforme a política de requisição, troca e descarte; 7. Apoiar o desenvolvimento da metodologia UMS na sua área de atuação; sendo guardião e multiplicador da metodologia; 8. Desempenhar suas contribuições de acordo com os padrões de saúde, segurança, meio ambiente e qualidade, previsto nas políticas interna da Unilever; 9. Reportar os acidentes e incidentes da fábrica, conforme política interna da Unilever.
