- Prestar suporte aos empregados e prestadores de serviço no uso de equipamentos e softwares do departamento de Tecnologia da Informação;
- Realizar a configuração de equipamentos, contas e instalação de programas específicos para serviços de engenharia e administrativos;
- Realizar contato com fornecedores para atendimento aos clientes internos;
- Garantir a proteção dos dados e confidencialidade das informações, conforme as políticas da empresa.
- Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Redes de Computadores, Ciência da Computação, Análise de Sistemas, Engenharia de Computação ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência com suporte a usuários na área de Tecnologia da Informação;
- Conhecimento em Active Directory, suporte técnico, Endpoint e Firewall;
- Desejável experiência com infraestrutura de TI, incluindo redes e servidores;
- Inglês avançado ou fluente;
- Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em São Bernardo do Campo.
