Role Summary

The Digital Video Engagement Producer and Analyst will expand post-webinar video editing, production, promotion, and performance measurement capabilities for Success engagement programs. This role will produce high-quality recorded content, support distribution across owned and earned digital channels, and track engagement performance across webinars, video, community, newsletters, in-app messaging, and other customer-facing touchpoints. The person in this role will help turn engagement data into clear, actionable insights that improve content reach, audience participation, and overall digital engagement effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Video Production

  • Lead post-webinar video editing and production, ensuring recorded content is timely, polished, and ready for distribution.
  • Continue improving production processes by identifying opportunities to streamline editing, publishing, and content reuse.
  • Build and apply video production expertise to support a broader portfolio of Success engagement programs.
  • Support digital marketing activities designed to drive traffic to recorded video content.
  • Integrate video promotion into existing Success engagement channels, including The Community, customer newsletters, Pendo, and field awareness communications.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to identify opportunities to promote appropriate non-proprietary video content through earned channels, including blogs and unpaid web activities.

Digital Engagement Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report on engagement performance across webinars, recorded video content, community posts, newsletters, in-app messaging, and other digital customer touchpoints.
  • Maintain recurring reports and dashboards that provide visibility into reach, participation, content consumption, engagement, and follow-on activity.
  • Monitor key metrics such as registrations, attendance, views, completion rates, click-through rates, traffic sources, and campaign engagement.
  • Partner with program owners to define basic measurement plans and ensure engagement programs have clear goals and that the Digital Engagement team is able to report on performance and impact.
  • Summarize performance insights in a clear, actionable format to help teams understand what is working and where improvements are needed.
  • Support testing and optimization efforts by tracking results, identifying trends, and recommending practical improvements.
  • Help ensure reporting accuracy by validating data inputs, documenting metric definitions, and flagging inconsistencies across systems.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience or strong aptitude in video editing, production, and digital content workflows, especially using Descript and Wistia.
  • Ability to learn quickly, build specialized expertise, and apply new ideas to improve production quality and efficiency.
  • Interest in developing broader digital marketing skills, particularly around audience engagement and content promotion.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across Success, Marketing, and field-facing teams.
  • Sound judgment in determining which content is appropriate for broader distribution, particularly when proprietary information may be involved.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, customer engagement, content operations, video production, marketing analytics, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting webinars, virtual events, video publishing, customer communications, or digital engagement campaigns.
  • Familiarity with engagement analytics, including tracking views, clicks, registrations, attendance, completion rates, traffic sources, and campaign performance.
  • Experience using basic reporting or analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, Google Analytics, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, webinar platforms, or customer engagement tools.
  • Ability to organize data, identify patterns, and summarize insights in a clear, practical way for business stakeholders.
  • Exposure to video editing or production tools and an interest in developing deeper expertise in post-production workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn new digital tools, processes, and performance measurement approaches.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Digital Engagement, and field-facing teams.
  • Candidate must be able to work any of the assigned shifts, including APAC, EMEA, or AMER, as might be needed for the business.
