The purpose of this role is to provide support to the senior team, taking responsibility for all administrative tasks within the team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and to plan.

Job Description:

策略擬定與提案：根據客戶需求，制定全方位廣告媒體規劃（含傳統媒體與數位媒體），執行提案與比稿。

專案管理與執行：負責專案時程控管、預算分配、媒體購買與發布、內容包裝與活動規劃。

媒體優化與成效分析：監測廣告成效（如ROI, CTR），分析各管道流量與投資報酬率，優化整體媒體策略。

客戶溝通與關係維護：與客戶溝通需求，擔任廠商與內部協作部門（如創意、業務）的橋樑。

跨部門合作：與mediatech、創意、活動、行銷團隊密切合作，確認網站體驗、文案或影音內容符合媒體推廣策略。

經驗要求：3年以上廣告公司、媒體代理商或企業內部的媒體企劃經驗。

技能知識：熟悉傳統媒體（電視、平面）與數位媒體（Facebook, Google, LinkedIn等）平台與技術。

專業認證：持有2項以上數位行銷相關認證（如GA, Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads）。
