Advise on a wide range of financing transactions, including cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters
Work closely with partners and colleagues across global offices to deliver seamless, integrated client solutions
Take an active role in transaction execution, including drafting, negotiation, and client management
Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development initiatives
Contribute to the development of junior lawyers and participate in knowledge sharing across the practice

2–4 years’ PQE (UK equivalent), with qualification in a Commonwealth jurisdiction
Experience in one or more of the following:

General banking
Infrastructure / project finance
Leveraged finance
Restructuring
Asset finance
Structured finance

Strong technical and transactional skills, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality legal advice
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across jurisdictions and cultures
Excellent academic credentials and strong commercial acumen
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
Proactive approach to business development and client relationship management
Commitment to continuous learning, mentoring, and team contribution
