Telefonische Auftragsannahme und Eingabe im IT-System
Schriftliche Aufträge im IT-System eingeben
Kundenberatung zum Produktportfolio durchführen
Kunden mit Sonderanliegen lösungsorientiert weitervermitteln
Lieferterminauskünfte geben
Kunden mit Sonderservicevereinbarungen betreuen

Ihr Profil:
Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Augenoptiker/in
Bestehende Berufserfahrung im erlernten Beruf
Freundliche und serviceorientierte Kommunikation mit Kunden; Erfahrungen in einem Callcenter vorteilhaft
Gute allgemeine PC-Kenntnisse
Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Konfliktfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und ein freundliches Auftreten
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
