Von der Zutat zum fertigen Produkt, Du lernst, wie aus hochwertigen Rohstoffen unsere beliebten Knorr-Produkte entstehen

Qualität erkennen und sichern, Du erfährst, wie man Rohstoffe und Produkte prüft und welche Methoden für höchste Qualität sorgen

Technik verstehen und anwenden, Du wirst moderne Maschinen und Anlagen bedienen, einrichten und verstehen, wie sie funktionieren

Prozesse steuern und überwachen, Du lernst, wie man Produktionsabläufe kontrolliert und bei Abweichungen richtig reagiert

Begleitung durch Profis, unsere erfahreneren Ausbilder*innen unterstützen Dich bei jedem Schritt und fördern Deine Entwicklung

ERFORDERLICHE QUALIFIKATIONEN

Guter Schulabschluss (mind. Hauptschulabschluss)

Gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit, wir können uns auf Dich verlassen

Du arbeitest gerne mit anderen zusammen

Motivation Neues zu lernen, sowie Dich persönlich und fachlich weiterzuentwickeln

Neugier für mechanische und technische Abläufe

Wünschenswert ist ein technisches Grundverständnis

Spaß an sorgfältiger und genauer Arbeit

Erste Erfahrung, durch Praktika oder Projekte sind super, aber kein Muss
