Dein Profil:

Hauptschulabschluss oder gleichwertig
Du packst gerne mit an und interessierst dich für technische und handwerkliche Themen
Du findest Maschinen faszinierend und möchtest gerne wissen, wie sie funktionieren
Du bist bereit im Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten um mit deinen Kolleg*innen unsere Produktion am Laufen zu halten

Deine Aufgaben:

Überwachung der Produktion und Steuerung des Materialflusses
Bedienung unserer Produktionsmaschinen und -anlagen
Überprüfung und Wartung der Maschinenfunktionen, sowie Bearbeitung von Maschinenstörungen
Überprüfung der Qualität unserer Produkte

Wie du lernst:

Nach zwei Jahren hast du eine anerkannte Ausbildung
Theorie an der Textilakademie NRW in Mönchengladbach (Blockunterricht)
Die Praxis lernst du direkt an „deiner” Maschine

Deine Vergütung:

1. Ausbildungsjahr: 1.121€ brutto
2. Ausbildungsjahr: 1.177€ brutto

Außerdem gibt’s bei uns Urlaubsgeld, eine Jahressonderzahlung und einen erfolgsabhängigen Bonus on top!
