Du arbeitest in einem internationalen Technologieunternehmen, das weltweit für Qualität und Innovation steht – und gleichzeitig am Standort Kempten eine familiäre und bodenständige Teamkultur pflegt.
In Deiner Ausbildung lernst Du, Maschinen und Produktionsanlagen einzurichten, zu bedienen und zu überwachen. Du führst Rüstvorgänge durch, stellst Prozessparameter ein, kontrollierst Produktionsabläufe, sicherst die Produktqualität und erkennst sowie behebst einfache Störungen. Zudem führst Du kleine Wartungs‑ und Pflegearbeiten durch und hältst alle relevanten Sicherheits‑ und Qualitätsvorschriften ein.
Langjährige Ausbilderinnen und Ausbilder begleiten Dich individuell, fördern Deine Stärken und unterstützen Dich beim Aufbau Deiner beruflichen Zukunft.
Die Ausbildung bietet Dir einen schnellen, praxisnahen Einstieg in die Industrie, ideale Voraussetzungen für technikaffine Talente und starke langfristige Berufsperspektiven.
Unsere Auszubildenden haben überdurchschnittlich gute Übernahmechancen und profitieren von attraktiven Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten – beispielsweise in Richtung Industriemechanik, spezialisierte Anlagenführung oder späteren Qualifizierungen wie Techniker oder Meister.

Erfolgreicher Mittelschulabschluss
Technisches Interesse sowie gutes Verständnis für Mathematik und Physik
Bereitschaft, Dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten

– 1. Lehrjahr: 1.413,55 €
+ Urlaubsgeld i.H.v. 720 € für unter 18‑Jährige, 900 € für über 18‑Jährige
+ Weihnachtsgeld i.H.v. ~ 50% der monatlichen Ausbildungsvergütung
+ Vermögenswirksame Leistungen: bezuschusst mit 26,59 € ab dem 7. Beschäftigungsmonat
Arbeitszeit: 38 Stunden pro Woche
